We needed a railing for our front stairs. I checked out the Big Box stores first. I couldn’t believe how much they were charging and to top it off, zero customer service. So, you’re left standing there trying to figure out what to buy. I then found Winnipeg Deck and Rail online, filled out a request for a quote. Wow, the service was incredible. Every question I sent via email was answered thoroughly and promptly. I did the work myself and the online instructions were very accurate. I am pleased with the service and quality of the product. They also beat the price of the big box stores by a long shot. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with Winnipeg Deck Rail from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry quickly and came out for a consultation within just two days. I was impressed by how fast they moved—the job was completed shortly after, with no delays and no issues. They installed a sleek, durable aluminum railing that not only enhances the look of my deck but also provides sturdy, long-lasting safety. The workmanship is outstanding; everything is level, secure, and finished to perfection. It’s clear they take pride in their work. On top of the excellent quality, I received a great discount, making the whole project very affordable without compromising on materials or service. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. I highly recommend Winnipeg Deck Rail to anyone looking for a fast, professional, and reliable team. Great people, great product, and great results!

Excellent job , they were done in less than an hour. They worked very efficiently, cleaned up any mess that might have made, as well as they helped put the mailbox back up. They were very pleasant to talk to.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! From the moment I walked in, Jayson was so helpful and friendly when giving me a very reasonable quote and they showed up the NEXT day to install my front stairs railing!! Peter who installed the railing was so meticulous and professional and really cared that everything looked great. Would 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them again. I love my new railing!
